using keybinding and javax.swing timer together

using keybinding and javax.swing timer together

i am trying to make an arkanoid clone game using java, can you guys tell
me how to bind keyboards keys using ActionEvent interface and use the
javax.swing.Timer? i wish to use them together. Thank you
